What this policy covers
This policy covers wholabyhanan.com, the website of WHOLA by Hanan Belkhair. It explains what happens to information you send through this site. Information you share during a consultation is handled separately, under the confidentiality obligations that apply to naturopathic practice.
What we collect
The only information this website collects is what you type into the enquiry form and choose to send:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number, if you provide one
- the health area you select
- anything you write in the message field
Our web server also keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, as part of normal hosting operation.
How it is used
Enquiry details are sent to Hanan so she can reply to you and arrange a consultation. They are not used for marketing, are not sold, and are not shared with anyone else.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when the page loads.
Where it is kept
Enquiries are stored on the website server and in Hanan’s email. They are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a record of the enquiry.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@wholabyhanan.com and we will action it.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
